This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

Any natural or legal person purchasing goods via www.vmpspares.com
(“Buyer”)

By confirming their order, the Buyer acknowledges acceptance of this Agreement.

2. PRODUCTS

  • Product specifications, prices, and other related details are made available on the website. All products are aftermarket or OEM-compatible parts for Volvo construction machinery unless otherwise specified.

3. ORDER AND PAYMENT

    • Orders can be placed through the website by adding items to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.
    • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other available online payment systems.
    • All prices are exclusive of VAT and international customs duties unless otherwise stated.
    1. DELIVERY
    • Orders are shipped within 1 business day, unless otherwise stated.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
    • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs or logistics companies.
    • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed before the final order confirmation.
    1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
    • The Buyer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of delivery, without stating a reason, provided the product has not been used and is returned in its original condition and packaging.

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Custom-ordered or non-stock items
    • Used or installed parts
    • Items damaged after delivery
    • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
    1. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
    • Products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
    • If a defective or incorrect product is delivered, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 7 days of delivery.
    • Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
    1. LIABILITY

    The Seller shall not be held responsible for:

    • Any damages arising from improper installation or use
    • Compatibility issues if the correct part number is not provided at the time of purchase

    8. DATA PROTECTION

    • The Buyer’s personal information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is not shared with third parties without consent, except for logistics purposes.

    9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

    10. ACCEPTANCE

    • By confirming the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted this Distance Selling Agreement.
